Sleeping over at school is a fantastic way to really bond as a class, students are able to see each other, and their teachers in another light and are often surprised by what they find out. This year we encouraged everyone to be independent and for some that meant that first night away from parents or caregivers. I'm not sure who found it more difficult, those left at home or those eating hamburgers and ice-cream in their pyjamas. I'd like to thank Lisa Wilton and Austine Frewin for being the two adults who kept us company in the dark.
This blog will be light in words and heavy in photos. As students write about their experiences we'll share them for you here. Keep checking in to find out who ate 5 hamburgers, who fell asleep first and who ended up in someone else's bed!
Room 2 will be writing their own captions for these photos, can't wait to see what they come up with.
